HOTEL POLICIES – CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of one night room and tax is required at the
  time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 21 days before the arrival.
• Less than 21 days before the arrival, all cancellations will be nonrefundable.
• Reservations booked in the 21 days before arrival date must be paid in full in advance.

Group booking ( 2 rooms and more ):

• Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance, at least 6 weeks before arrival date.
• If cancelled or modified up 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80% of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified the day before arrival or in case of a No-Show is non-refundable. If we do not receive the payment on the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Hotel policy

• Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are accepted.
• Hotel check-in time is from 2:00 pm – until 7:00 pm
  • Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. For late check-in please request by whatsapp +506 7010-5776
• Check-out time until 11:00 am.
• Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.
• No parties are allowed at the premises.
• Guests are required to show an international identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Private parking is possible on site.
• Languages spoken: Dutch, English, French, Spanish
• The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days.
